ICWA and STARWRAP will have our recovery tent all set up for all you triathletes out there attending the 505.  Come on by and say hello.   Feel free to resource our tent for recovery purposes. We will have foam roller and be featuring the STARWRAP system. Come by and meet the inventor/sports therapist Tait Yoder. He'll give you a free adhesion assessment and teach you how to treat yourself and restore your tissue to an optimal state.
