Did you know that improving your flexibility using yoga and static
stretching will improve overall performance? Yoga routines incorporate
flexibility exercises that are ideal for athletes in order to improve
range of motion and release tension within the body. The ACSM reccomends
two to three days a week of flexibility training in combination with
your other training. So come try the new evening yoga class at ICWA on
Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
