New Mirrors

ICWA has newly installed mirrors!!!  This is not so you can check out your biceps while doing curls, although you can if you like, this is for you and your coach to better monitor your form.  Using mirrors as external feedback will allow you to see and feel yourself doing movements with appropriate posture to help improve your results and adaptation to exercise.  So come on by and check yourself out in our mirrors!
