"I thought I was too old, too fat and too out of shape to be able to find a place to get fit. I found ICWA, my life changed. They said 'Everyone's an athlete,' and I thought, "Oh, yeah, right." But I went, I committed. Then this miracle happened. They were right. I am in for the long haul. They are fabulous, I am having a blast."
